The UF McNair Scholars Program invites you to learn about PhD pathways from academia into career success while celebrating its 30th anniversary of launching more than 160 doctoral scholars since 1995:

This first session in this new multi-part PhD Pathways series will feature a panel of UF McNair alumni who earned PhDs and now work in industry careers. They’ll share their stories of navigating that transition and what doctoral training outside of academia looks like. All students from any discipline curious about PhD pathways, doctoral careers, or life after graduate school — graduate and undergraduate — are encouraged to attend.
