Dear colleagues and campus partners,

It is my pleasure to announce recruitment for our second cohort for the BRIDGE (Building Retention in Doctoral Graduate Education) program. And with your help, this next cohort will build on the dynamic momentum evident in our inaugural cohort last year.

BRIDGE is a six-week hybrid program for new University of Florida doctoral students. It emphasizes skill development in academic writing and research statistics while supporting transition to campus life, Gainesville, and doctoral education rigor. BRIDGE empowers engagement with tools and resources essential for both academic and professional growth.

As you finalize your current admissions cycle, please share this information about BRIDGE with your newest Grad Gators whom you think this special opportunity would most benefit.
