Fall 2025 Thesis and Dissertation Reminders!
Deadlines and resources to share with your students

Dear Graduate Staff and Faculty,

Happy Fall! We are reaching out to remind you of the upcoming deadlines for thesis and dissertation submissions to the Graduate School. We will be updating your graduate students periodically throughout the semester with reminders of our deadlines and where to find our resources.

Fall 2025 Deadlines:

·         Classes Start: August 21, 2025

·         Degree Application: September 12, 2025

·         Doctoral Dissertation First Submission: September 30, 2025 · 5 p.m. ET

·         Master’s Thesis First Submission: October 28, 2025 · 5 p.m. ET

·         Final Submission for All ETD Students: November 18, 2025 · 5 p.m. ET

·         Final Clearance (Approval): December 9, 2025 · 5 p.m. ET

·         Clear Prior (to the upcoming term): January 9, 2026 · 5 p.m. ET
