RE: On-Campus UF Summer Research Internship Program

Postgraduate Course

Please see the attached flyer for more information on registering for the Crop Modeling and Climate Change course happening March 10-15. This course focuses on developing mechanistic crop growth models, essential in the era of artificial intelligence. Led by international senior scientists, it addresses the shortage of model developers by imparting knowledge about underlying processes and skills for model creation. Participants learn to adapt and evaluate crop simulation models, considering climate change factors and analyzing the impact of processes on crop development. 2024 HPCC Systems Intern Program Overview - Tech Talk

HPCC Systems is now accepting applications from students who would like to join the HPCC Systems team as an intern in 2024 and work alongside our HPCC Systems Open Source Project development team .   We invite all students to join us in a virtual meet up on January 19 th 12pm ET to hear an overview of the HPCC Systems internship program and how students can prepare themselves for becoming an integral part of our open source community. During the session, students will be able to ask live questions and interact with the organizers of the internship program. Computational Medical Imaging Lab at UF College of Medicine is looking for a highly motivated OPS student with background in engineering, particularly in image analysis, computer vision, and machine learning to help in various projects involving brightfield microscopy and fluorescence microscopy images. Candidates should send Dr Sarder ( pinaki.sarder@ufl.edu ) their CVs and brief description on project experience involving relevant background. Salary $20/ hour.
