Dear Graduate Faculty and Staff,

The University of Florida Graduate School's Campus Visitation Program (CVP) is now accepting applications for Fall 2026. CVP is designed to attract high-achieving prospective doctoral students by providing an immersive, multi-day visit to the University of Florida, where they can explore graduate programs, connect with the UF community, and experience campus life firsthand.

CVP participants will have the opportunity to:

  •  Explore UF's graduate programs and research opportunities
  • Connect with faculty, current graduate students, and Graduate School staff.
  • Tour research facilities and learn more about funding opportunities, student life, and the graduate admissions process.
  • Present their undergraduate research, providing academic programs with an opportunity to engage directly with prospective students and learn more about their scholarly interests.

Program Dates: November 11-13, 2026

Program Information & Application

Please Note:

  • Due to limited funding, we anticipate supporting approximately 15 prospective doctoral students during this year's program.
  • We encourage you to share this opportunity with outstanding undergraduate students, recent graduates, and other prospective doctoral students who may be excellent candidates for graduate study at UF.
  • We also welcome your partnership in showcasing your graduate program during the visit through lab tours, faculty meetings, graduate student networking opportunities, or other departmental experiences. If your department is interested in participating, please let me know.

Thank you for your continued partnership in recruiting exceptional graduate students to the University of Florida. We look forward to working with you to make this year's Campus Visitation Program a success.

Go Gators!

All the best,
Erin Rice
