Announcement: Two Tenure Track Faculty Positions at UNF 

The University of North Florida School of Computing, located in Jacksonville, Florida, invites applications for two tenure-track faculty positions beginning in Fall 2027:

  1. Assistant Professor in Computing — Candidates from all areas of computing are encouraged to apply.
  2. Open-Rank Faculty Position in Theoretical Computer Science — Appointment may be made at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Both positions offer a 2/2 teaching load, a competitive salary, and opportunities to contribute to the continued growth of the School’s research and academic programs. The School offers B.S., M.S., and Ph.D degrees in computing fields.

Review of applications will begin on August 31, 2026, and will continue until the positions are filled.

Hiring two Part-Time Master’s Students

  Hiring two Part-Time Master’s Students  We are looking for 2 part-time Master’s students to support the development of an interactive 3D product web platform. The role involves building a web-based 3D viewer and supporting backend systems for managing models, products, and metadata. Skills: JavaScript/React Basic 3D web (Three.js/Babylon.js preferred) Backend experience (Python/Node.js, databases) This project offers hands-on experience in 3D web technologies, full-stack development, and scalable system design.
