Deadlines and resources to share with your students!

Dear Graduate Staff and Faculty,

Spring 2025 has arrived! We are reaching out to remind you of the upcoming deadlines for thesis and dissertation submissions to the Graduate School. We will be updating your graduate students periodically throughout the semester with reminders of our deadlines and where to find our resources.

Spring 2025 Deadlines:

• Classes Start: January 13, 2025
• Degree Application: February 7, 2025
• Doctoral Dissertation First Submission: February 12, 2025 · 5 p.m. ET
• Master’s Thesis First Submission: March 7, 2025 · 5 p.m. ET
• Final Submission for All ETD Students: April 4, 2025 · 5 p.m. ET
• Final Clearance (Approval): April 23, 2025 · 5 p.m. ET
• Clear Prior (to the upcoming term): May 9, 2025 · 5 p.m. ET

Please remind your students, if they would like to have their document reviewed for formatting prior to submitting to our office, please connect with our partners at the UFIT Help Desk’s Thesis and Dissertation Support Center. Students can book FREE appointments with them through their one-on-one booking portal.
