HCDS Research Seminar

 Good afternoon,

our groups in CISE are hosting a seminar series, HCDS Research Seminar, starting from this semester. We invite you to join us!

About HCDS Seminar:

The HCDS (Human-Centered Data Science) research seminar, hosted by the DSR Lab, Jiang Team, and Data Studio takes place on Thursday biweekly from 12:50pm to 1:50pm. This seminar is open to all members in UF for insightful discussions on knowledge centered, human centered and multimodal data science. More specifically, the goal is to combine symbolic knowledge with data-driven models to achieve accuracy, efficiency, robustness and explain ability, as well as applying such data science and AI technology in other scientific and engineering domains/disciplines which can benefit from the integration of domain knowledge and data-driven modeling.

Invitation for Engagement:

If you are looking for a chance for job talk or thesis exam dry-run, or wish to share your projects while exploring potential collaboration, please feel free to contact me (wangyifan@ufl.edu) for scheduling your talk in HCDS seminar.

Stay Informed:

Upcoming talks will be announced on CISE blog (https://cisegraduate.blogspot.com/) and/or CISE website. You are also very welcome to join us as an audience whenever you find topics that interest you.

Your participation either as a presenter or attendee would be greatly appreciated.
