EGS6054—Cognition, Learning, and Pedagogy in Engineering Education

 

Summary: This course is for graduate students who are interested in learning about how people learn in the context of engineering and computer science education. We'll explore different theories and methods to help us understand how to teach and design educational environments. Students from all kinds of academic backgrounds are welcome to join.

Graduate Student Audience: This course is open to graduate students from engineering, computer science, education, and interdisciplinary backgrounds interested in learning about the intersection of psychology, neuroscience, social science, and education within engineering education. Students looking to work as professors, non-profits, or in leadership roles in the industry are encouraged to enroll.
